Refund Policy

Cancellation & Rescheduling

To avoid being charged the full session fee, you must provide at least hours' notice for any cancellations or changes. Notice given less than 24 hours before the appointment is considered a "late cancellation" and may incur the full session rate.

No-Show Policy

If you miss a scheduled appointment without any prior notification, you will be charged the full fee for that session.

Completed Sessions

Fees for sessions already conducted are non-refundable. Psychotherapy is an experiential service, and payment is for the clinician's time and professional engagement.
