Cancelation & Refund Policy 


  • Cancellation & Rescheduling: To avoid being charged the full session fee, you must provide at least hours' notice for any cancellations or changes. Notice given less than 24 hours before the appointment is considered a "late cancellation" and may incur the full session rate.


  • No-Show Policy: If you miss a scheduled appointment without any prior notification, you will be charged the full fee for that session.

  • Completed Sessions: Fees for sessions already conducted are non-refundable. Psychotherapy is an experiential service, and payment is for the clinician's time and professional engagement.
